PRIVACY POLICY SCOPE

This Privacy Policy identifies and describes the way Dead Inventory Management System, LLC (“DIMS”) including all its affiliated companies use and protect the information we collect about Customers and Users. All use of DIMS's products and services, as well as visits to our websites, are subject to this Privacy Policy.

 

Your privacy is extremely important to us. DIMS does not rent or sell your personal information to third parties for any reason without your prior consent. “Personally Identifying Information” includes your first and last name, your full shipping/billing address, your contact information – email address, telephone and fax number, or any other piece of information that may allow a third party to identify you through physical, electronic, or unknown means.

DIMS Websites

You may visit any of the DIMS’s websites without providing any Personally Identifying Information. Only common non-identifiable information will automatically be collected for DIMS website analysis.  You will need to register, thus providing DIMS with your Personally Identifying Information, to access certain services on our websites for the purpose of purchasing or selling of products or services.

Links to Third-Party Websites

Third-party websites that maybe accessible through links or other means through DIMS websites may have their own privacy policy, DIMS is not responsible for any breach of your personal information security by visiting other sites.

DIMS websites are not intended for the use by children under the age of 13. DIMS does not knowingly collect Personally Identifying Information from or market its products and services to anyone under the age of 13.

INFORMATION SECURITY

DIMS websites have implemented encryption and other various systemic and administrative security controls to protect Personally Identifiable Information from unauthorized or improper access. DIMS employee access to such information is limited to those having a need to know in order to process your request.  We require any contracted companies acting on our behalf to protect any Personal Information they may receive in a manner consistent with this Policy. We do not allow them to use such information for any other purpose.  We do not sell your Personally Identifiable Information to anyone for any purpose.

DIMS websites allows individuals and companies to review and correct their Personally Identifiable Information we collected or that you provided to us.  You may also limit or choose to opt out of certain types of solicitation communications from DIMS or a DIMS affiliated company, including marketing communications by email, telephone, and text message.
